Many babies around the world are born in the dark because clinics and homes simply don’t have light, making childbirth dangerous for both mother and child. A New Course provides Luci lights to midwives to help moms deliver babies more safely and go on to raise happy, healthy kids, like Sadie - who now has to the time to both help her blind grandmother with the household chores and complete her homework after dark.
