In partnership with Irish Cave Explorers + Axel Hack
While the climate provides adequate access to food for the Kosua, the same can’t be said of electricity, medical or educational supplies. The terrain is remote and hostile – the nearest town is a week’s trek away – and the Kosua receive absolutely no outside support and have almost no contact with the outside world. Irish cave explorers, supplied with every lightweight medical necessity they could carry, helped set up medical centers for the Kosua – all lit by solar Luci lights.
